The Knox lab utilises the state-of-the-art Molecular Design software provided by Openeye Scientific Software, Chemical Computing Group and Chemaxon Ltd.

TU Dublin have also been allocated 'condominium' access to computing resources kindly provided by the Irish Centre for High End Computing (ICHEC).
